We have 6 core values that define who we want to be and how we take steps toward getting there.

We Are Bible-Centered

The only hope for the world is the message of the gospel. We know that simply reading the Bible doesn’t change us. So instead of being educated beyond our level of obedience, we continually take steps to become more like Jesus. Rather than using our platform to condemn, we lift up the salvation and freedom offered by Jesus. ~ James 1:22-25

We Communicate in Relevant Ways Because Jesus Is Relevant

We work to present the unchanging gospel in the context of our constantly changing culture. We aim to remove unnecessary barriers that keep people from taking the next step toward Jesus from wherever they are. We want to effectively demonstrate God’s love to the mission field we live in. ~ 1 Corinthians 9:19-22

We Want to Be Known For Love

Jesus said His followers would be recognized for how they loved people – both insiders and outsiders. We want to do whatever it takes to build the reputation as the most loving people in our community. We can change the world by serving and loving one person at a time. ~ John 13:34-35

We Will Create an Environment Where People Can Be Real and Feel Safe

We are authentic and honest about our next steps because none of us have ‘arrived.’ When we pretend to be something we’re not, we make it impossible for anyone to know or accept us as we really are. We strive to create an atmosphere where people can feel welcome and bump into Jesus. ~ Proverbs 28:13

We Are Externally Focused

We want to show Jesus’ love to people when they least expect it and perhaps feel they least deserve it. On any given Sunday, the majority of our community is not in church, and we’re not okay with that. We want to make it hard to get to hell from this community. ~ Matthew 5:16

We Expect the Unexpected

We aren’t limited by our resources, abilities, or ideas. To impact our city with the gospel of Jesus, we don’t think small. We set audacious goals, take bold steps of faith, and then watch God move. When Jesus is involved, anything can happen. ~ Matthew 19:26
